RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I do not accept returns, unless an item has been damaged in transit. Shipping is to be paid by customer. Choose your vessel well!
Please contact me immediately, if you have received a damaged item and I will do my best to remedy the situation.
There are no refunds on CUSTOM WORK.
WHERE IS MY ITEM?
You should receive an email confirmation after a purchase has made. A second email will be sent, once the package has been shipped.
*It can take up to 5 days from the time of purchase to ship*
If for some reason you did not receive a confirmation email, after this grace period please reach out to me!
WHOLESALE

SHIPPING
As a small business, I rely on USPS and UPS for shipping needs! Items may take longer to ship as a result!
I do ship internationally. Shipping rates depend on destination.
I make efforts to recycle boxes and fill when I can, as a result packages don't always look the "prettiest" - gotta protect the earth. Please recycle / reuse the materials if you can.
LOCAL PICKUP
If you are local, I do offer pick-ups from my studio in the International District. There is an option when you check out if you would like this service. If you choose this, I will contact you shortly after for instructions.
